Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return items within 60 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be in original condition—unworn, undamaged, with tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process:

• Email service@williamstyle.shop to request a return authorization code before shipping your item back.
• Upon receiving and verifying your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Discounted items, final sale products, or promotional purchases may not be eligible for return.
• Customized or altered items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Shipping Costs:

• You are responsible for return shipping fees, except for returns due to our error.
• Use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
